mike took me to soho to look at his new office and a few projects he is working on downtown. it was FREEZING today. we walked around soho, went to a cafe and got some green tea and coffee, then went to a few stores. we got hungry and cold so we went on a search for a place to eat and warm up. we started to walk uptown and stopped at a diner. once we were in the diner we realized we had been here before. we came to this very diner the day i interviewed for a job in nyc. when we came here, we were desperate for a place for me to change clothes. we had tons of luggage, had just gotten off the plane, and had no idea where we were. i had used the diner bathroom to change from airport clothes to business casual interview outfit over a year ago. funny.
the food was good, diner was warm, and we sat at a booth by the window.
my has a lot changed in this year.
