moving on up.
to 7th avenue. yayayayyaya. we got the dream place. (well for a new york apt)
funny how if i saw this place in any other state i would take one look at it and say no way. funny how the place was tiny, and filled with another families mess and still i only needed 5 seconds to look at it and say.. this is it!
so we agreed on a lease for 1500 a month for 1 year by looking at a dirty place for 10 seconds. haha.
but seriously, it is just what i wanted.
and i will be living with just who i wanted to live with.
my boy.
and in reality, any cozy house with my boy is perfect.
